Job summary

ADM Value Barcelona is seeking a native Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an international team supporting a major airline loyalty programme in Barcelona.

You will handle Dutch customer inquiries by email and other channels, help members understand accounts, miles and rewards, and ensure a smooth, personalised experience across their journey.

The role offers a permanent contract, full-time hours, 39 per week, with two-shift coverage 8:00-20:00 and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch.
• Professional level of English.
• Enjoy communicating with people and finding practical solutions.
• Customer-focused, organised and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and computer systems.
• Able to adapt to an international, fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability for the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in Dutch via email and other channels.
• Help members understand their accounts, miles, rewards and membership benefits.
• Provide guidance on bookings and services connected to the loyalty programme.
• Investigate customer issues, manage complaints and follow up until a solution is reached.
• Deliver clear, professional and personalised support in every interaction.
• Update customer records and document interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvements in customer satisfaction.
