NewCo Communications in Valencia is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international support teams, helping customers via phone, email and other channels while delivering outstanding service.

The role includes full paid training, a hybrid working model, a permanent contract after probation, and a competitive monthly salary with a €200 monthly bonus.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• A professional working and thinking level.
• Customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full paid training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays where required.

Responsabilidades
