Job summary

Upsun is hiring a Director, Product‑Led Growth to lead the strategy, execution, and commercial success of our product‑led revenue engine. You’ll scale Upsun Dispatch across global markets, aligning Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to drive ARR and user activation.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll own self‑serve and enterprise handoffs, optimize monetization, and build data‑driven programs across Europe and North America, while enabling a remote, diverse, globally

Qualifications

• Track record as Senior PM/Director with growth and revenue responsibility in a SaaS/cloud platform
• Ability to translate developer platform capabilities into self-serve UX and measurable business value
• Experience leading cross-functional growth programs across Marketing, Product, and Engineering
• Strong analytics skills: funnels, activation, retention and monetization
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI-assisted development tools

Responsibilities

• Own product-led revenue for self-serve and enterprise segments.
• Build and execute PLG programs to hit ARR milestones and user acquisition targets in Europe & North America.
• Collaborate with Growth, Acquisition, and Product teams to convert strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Define monetization levers and optimize self-serve funnels; support PLG to PLS handoffs for enterprise accounts.
• Analyze user behavior and churn to continuously improve onboarding and lifetime value.
