Job summary

You will partner with the Head of Sales Enablement to codify processes, measure ramp and content usage, and continuously improve enablement assets in collaboration with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product,

Qualifications

• Proven experience running sales enablement or GTM programs end-to-end in B2B technology.
• Experience in sales or solutions engineering with live deal needs.
• Experience turning repeated work into systems with AI usage.
• Ability to define scope, steps, and success measures with leading indicators.
• Ability to write clear RevOps requirements and use LMS or knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and ramp for new sellers with clear steps and certification.
• Build the product change process as a system to ensure timely updates.
• Create sales plays, track ramp time and content usage.
• Deliver product trainings and maintain a searchable knowledge base.
• Develop AI-assisted drafting, curation, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
