Ciklo Talent is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager – Digital Assets for a Germany-based client operating in the fast-moving digital asset space. This remote role spans Europe, with onsite meetings when required.

You will manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutions, act as trusted advisor, identify cross-selling opportunities, and use data to enhance satisfaction and retention across the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CRM with HNWIs or private banking.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies and digital assets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; strategic relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs and institutional clients.
• Oversee a portfolio of key clients and identify tailored solutions.
• Drive client retention and growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Engage with clients virtually and onsite to strengthen relationships.
• Use client feedback and performance data to improve service quality.
• guide clients through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
