Cbtalents is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join its international marketing team in Barcelona. You will act as a strategic partner for German-speaking clients, optimizing digital campaigns and driving growth across Europe.

Responsibilities include creating tailored marketing strategies, delivering data-driven recommendations, and maintaining strong client relationships through calls, video meetings, and email. This full-time role offers onboarding and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1) and strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6-12 months of experience in online marketing, PPC, or sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in marketing, technology, and digital solutions.

Responsabilités

• Create and execute tailored digital marketing strategies for clients.
• Provide data-based recommendations to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Communicate with clients via calls, video meetings, and email, building long-term relationships.
• Work towards sales and performance targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
