Job summary

Bench IT is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a large organisation onsite in Barcelona. The role is full-time and initially until 31 December 2026, with possible renewal for 2027.

You will provide high-quality IT support, ensuring seamless user experience and rapid incident resolution on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows 10/11 experience, Office 365, Active Directory proficiency, and fluency in Spanish with English at least at a B1 level.

Qualifications

• Experience providing IT desktop support and 2nd line support.
• Strong familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and end-user incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop support in Barcelona for end users.
• Resolve hardware and software issues to maintain user productivity.
• Coordinate with IT teams to handle incidents and service requests.

Desktop Support Engineer, €3,800 EUR per month

Initially until 31/12/2026, Barcelona

Bench IT require an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join a large organisation starting ASAP working onsite full time onsite Barcelona to provide an excellent level of technical support. This may require further renewal into 2027.

Please note due to the nature of this role working full time onsite is mandatory.
