Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a Sales Representative Dental Implants / Territory Manager to drive maximum sales in an assigned geographic area. You will promote, quote and secure orders across Straumann’s portfolio, with a focus on dental practices and laboratories, both remotely and in person.

The ideal candidate has a strong dental or consultative sales background, solid communication skills in Spanish, and the ability to build relationships and close deals while navigating a multi-brand

Qualifications

• Dental sector experience is a strong advantage.
• Sales track record with lead targets and closing deals.
• Ability to upsell to existing clients.
• Self-starter, highly driven and results oriented.
• Excellent listening and communication in Spanish; English a plus.
• Able to learn digital technologies quickly.
• Well organised with strong administration skills.
• Knowledge of sales process, pipeline management and proposals.
• Resilient outbound calling and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Represent Straumann Group products and services to assigned accounts.
• Identify customer needs and align solutions with our portfolio.
• Generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Outbound calling via phone, social media, and email to create opportunities.
• Manage accounts remotely and face to face within territory.
• Qualify leads within 24 hours and provide quotes to prospects.
• Drive education event attendance based on marketing lists.
• Use CRM and quote/finance tools to track opportunities.
• Provide coverage for vacant Territories as needed.
