Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) in Madrid seeks an experienced Project Engineering Manager to drive complex engineering projects in the AMZL network, focusing on deployment of automation, MHE and building improvements across delivery stations.

You will lead cross-functional teams from concept through budgets to handover, manage multi-country initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to optimize processes and delivery performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience working with CMMS software.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE).
• Travel up to 30-50% of the time if required.

Responsabilidades

• Managing highly complex concurrent projects related to the deployment of engineering solutions in delivery stations of Amazon Logistics (AMZL) network.
• Owning a program or a portfolio of projects related to launches or retrofits of different technology types including Automation, MHE or other building improvement projects.
• Leading the whole project/program lifecycle from concept and budgeting creation to handover at completion to relevant stakeholders.
• Interacting with Senior level management to provide trade off solutions that satisfy conflicts.
• Identifying inefficiencies of processes or standards within the allocated country or at European level and proactively leading improvements.
