Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking an experienced Robotics Deployment Engineer to drive large-scale automation and storage initiatives across our SEU fulfilment network. You will oversee automation technologies, coordinate internal teams and external contractors, and deliver state-of-the-art material handling systems while expanding in new and existing sites.

The role requires building collaborations with product, safety, deployment and vendor teams, traveling extensively in Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM field.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience balancing priorities across many stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience delivering project, program, or deployment work.
• Knowledge of automation, material handling, or robotics.
• Experience authoring technical docs (SOPs) for field execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies, ensuring they are complete, standardized, and ready for global scale.
• Support evaluation and delivery of large-scale automation technologies including conveyance, sortation and robotics systems, often across multiple sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art material handling systems and robotic innovations.
• Ensure deployment deliverables are delivered on time, within the timeline, and to Amazon's quality standards.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for complex automation deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product, safety, deployment, quality and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Travel 60-70% of time mainly around the country and with potential requirements in the EU.
