Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) is seeking an Innovative Engineer to design world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems across Europe, leading multiple projects from concept through design approval and hand-off to Ops Engineering.

You will partner with internal and external teams to own high-impact programs involving automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies and robotics, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in design/innovation and management of engineering design projects.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high-speed manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Invent, design, and implement engineering solutions to complex material flow/transformation and human/machine efficiency problems.
• Lead and coordinate design and innovation efforts to develop optimal solutions for the fulfillment and transportation network through equipment specification, material flow, process design, site layout, and IP considerations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external partners, contractors and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects
• Effectively communicate the vision, detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions to make a compelling business case with senior executives.
