JD.COM is seeking a Regional Delivery Station Manager to lead a flagship facility and oversee a network of regional stations. The role emphasizes end-to-end operations, safety, staffing, and financial performance across multiple sites.

You will drive critical metrics, coach Site Leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale logistics operations. The candidate should have 6+ years of leadership with P&L and be fluent in English and Spanish, with regular travel to Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (logistics, supply chain, engineering, business).
• 6+ years managing a team with full P&L responsibility in logistics or last-mile ops.
• Proven success in high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; willing to travel regularly across the region (Madrid).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a flagship Delivery Station with accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results.
• Drive key metrics: on-time delivery, first-time delivery, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel.
• Build a strong operational culture through visible leadership and hands-on engagement.
• Manage Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations and ensure regional consistency and compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events.
• Drive partnerships with DSPs and staffing agencies; implement scorecards, audits, and SLA reviews.
• Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning to scale operations efficiently.
• Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives.

Role Overview

At the heart of our logistics network, Regional Delivery Station Managers are responsible for delivering operational excellence at scale.

This is a high-impact field leadership role designed for leaders who thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving complex operational challenges, and know how to build high-performing teams across multiple sites.

You will directly lead one flagship Delivery Station while overseeing a network of regional stations managed by Site Leads. From operational performance and partner governance to safety, compliance, and cost control, you will own the end-to-end execution of your regional perimeter.

What You'll Do

Own Operations

• Lead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results.
• Drive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel.
• Build a strong operational culture through visible leadership and daily engagement with teams on the ground.

Lead a Regional Network

• Manage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations.
• Ensure operational consistency, compliance, and execution excellence across the region.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events.

Build Strong Delivery Partnerships

• Manage DSP and staffing agency relationships across the region.
• Drive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Own regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives.
• Use data to make fast, informed operational decisions.

About You

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or Business
• 6+ year experience in managing a team plus a full P&L with a strong background in logistics, transportation, express parcel, or last-mile operations.
• Proven success managing high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models.
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Willing to travel regularly across the region (Madrid).
