Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience using data analysis to drive decisions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Build, oversee, and champion a culture of safety and associate wellbeing across all shifts.
• Analyse operational performance data and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects to streamline workflows and optimise Delivery Station output.
• Evaluate shift performance against objectives and define action plans to strengthen operational excellence.
• Collaborate with fellow managers to standardise best practices and ensure consistency across all shifts.
• Mentor new and developing managers within the team.
