Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Delivery Station Area Manager role in Spain focuses on leading a team across shifts to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will drive continuous improvements, mentor new managers, and collaborate with other leaders while upholding Amazon's Leadership Principles.

The role operates 24/7 in a high-volume environment, requiring strong analytical skills and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in people management.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience using data analysis to drive decisions.
Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 or higher).

Responsabilidades

Build, oversee, and champion a culture of safety and associate wellbeing across all shifts.
Analyse operational performance data and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity.
Lead and manage process improvement projects to streamline workflows and optimise Delivery Station output.
Evaluate shift performance against objectives and define action plans to strengthen operational excellence.
Collaborate with fellow managers to standardise best practices and ensure consistency across all shifts.
Mentor new and developing managers within the team.
