Amazon Madrid is seeking a Senior Process Innovation Engineer to lead the AMZL Process Engineering Innovation portfolio. This high-visibility role requires collaborating with Product, Tech, Program, Finance, Legal, SMEs, Local Ops, GP, and global stakeholders to drive efficiency, risk mitigation, and data governance across projects.

You will influence senior leaders, own metrics, and guide process improvements from design through deployment, balancing technical depth with strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Experience in Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related work.
• Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
• Experience in capital project management involving ownership/management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, or CAD software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of requests, engagements and interactions in fast paced environment
• Track existing and set up new metrics as required to validate vendor and team performance
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans, working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Report on performance in weekly and monthly forums with partner teams and senior leadership
• Set measurable targets that align with the overall goals of the organization
• Comprehend the technical requirements of our internal customers and become an expert in field
