Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) in Madrid seeks an experienced Project Engineering Manager to drive complex engineering projects in the AMZL network, focusing on deployment of automation, MHE and building improvements across delivery stations.
You will lead cross-functional teams from concept through budgets to handover, manage multi-country initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to optimize processes and delivery performance.

You will plan and manage execution of engineering projects in AMZL delivery stations primarily across ES or EU if required. Your day could include cross-functional engagement within the organization to agree program strategy, attend the site to monitor deployment progresses, plan and manage resources to execute activities according to business goals, enable efficient mechanisms to handover to customers. You will make strategic decisions on behalf of the business and see the outcome come to fruition through coordination of stakeholders, both internal and third party, and finally celebrating in the successful launch of the project… Day One for all of us!
