Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. in Madrid is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to drive on-site process standardization, optimize station operations, and improve delivery performance.

You will work with station management and the PEx team to implement practical, data-driven solutions that boost efficiency and safety across the network. The role requires a strong background in process improvement, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, with fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Math, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting.
• Experience managing projects and working with stakeholders.
• Experience using Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Drive process improvements and benchmark across the station network.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success with station and road KPIs.
• Set up action plans and execute to drive performance to benchmark rates.
• Lead day-to-day management of a Delivery Station during peak times.
• Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives for driver experience.
• Audit processes for compliance and close gaps.
• Analyze feedback and use data to drive site improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve process-related issues.
