Aufgaben

• Be primary point of contact in their region for dealers and DSD teams for Sales & Leadership training
• Promote training modules and courses to dealers and regional teams, ensuring relevance to needs
• Manage intake of dealer training requests for defined territory
• Know product training strategies, resources, and contacts across Industry teams
• Gather dealer feedback and share insights with Global Commercial Learning to identify gaps
• Be knowledgeable of competency models, assessment tools, and learning platforms
