Qualifications

• 2-3 years in automotive sector.
• Proven experience as a Sales Coach.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training to salespeople and managers.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching at dealer locations.
• Manage training projects for OEMs or captive financiers.
• Develop training materials and run webinars/digital sessions.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate on new programs.
