The candidate will audit facilities, monitor progress, support onboarding of new dealers, and coordinate annual business planning with HQ, requiring frequent travel to dealerships throughout Spain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network development in automotive industry.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Travel frequently up to 70% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and hold a driving license.

Responsibilities

• Implement the brand's network development plan nationwide at dealer level (sales and aftersales).
• Ensure facilities meet brand standards; report breaches and propose improvements.
• Define and implement an audit system to ensure network standards compliance.
• Audit corporate standards, facilities, interiors, signage and tools across dealerships.
• Monitor business performance against plans and feasibility studies.
• Support onboarding of new dealers and training initiatives as needed.
