The Lemon Consulting is seeking a proactive sales professional for a hybrid full-time role in Barcelona. You will perform outbound calls to promote services, maintain a detailed customer database, and track interactions to build and consolidate the customer base.

You’ll monitor competitors and craft selling strategies while addressing customer inquiries. Fluency in Norwegian (C2) and strong English are required, with multilingual abilities a plus.

Qualifications

• C2 Norwegian language and advanced English required.
• 20 months sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and hit targets without constant supervision.
• Strong CRM experience to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.
