CloserHire is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Barcelona, Malaga, or Valencia. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels while logging cases and meeting SLAs.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Danish and English, has at least 1 year in customer service, and enjoys helping people. Relocation support is provided to assist with the move to Spain.

Formación

• Fluent in Danish and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels to resolve user inquiries.
• Log cases accurately in the system and provide timely responses within SLAs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and support teammates as needed.
