You’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers worldwide — assisting with betting, payments, and account queries viaLive Chat, email, and phone. Your role will be all about providing solutions, guidance, and a world-class experience every time.

• Native or fluentDanish, plus solidEnglishcommunication skills (both written and verbal)
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Calmness under pressure and the ability to multitask like a pro
• Problem-solving initiative and eagerness to take ownership
• Openness to feedback and personal development
• Strong computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is beneficial

Relocation package:

- 6 weeks of paid company accommodation
