Grow-Talent.com is seeking a Content Moderator with Danish for relocation to Malta. The role is hybrid (Qormi office) and remote from anywhere in Malta, offering full-time employment.

You will review user-generated content, assist users via email, and respond to inquiries across the online marketplace. The ideal candidate has content moderation or customer care experience, with Danish language proficiency.

• Provide feedback to managers on trends, common end-user mistakes and questions.
• Input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences.
• Follow communication procedures and policies.
• Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.

• Review user-generated content (e.g. sales ads)
• Support users and answer their questions via email

REQUIREMENTS:
