Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent in Malta to join our iGaming team. You will help Dutch-speaking players with inquiries, resolve issues, and guide them through our gaming products.

• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
• Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus
