Releasy Customer Management is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent in Fuengirola, Spain. You will help customers schedule vehicle workshop appointments and coordinate with workshop operations to ensure smooth bookings.

Ideal candidates have automotive customer service experience, fluent Danish (written and spoken), and strong English skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in customer reception and workshop booking coordination.
• Fluent Danish, both spoken and written.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• An additional Nordic language is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with telephone-based customer support and computer systems.
• Strong technical understanding.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to take initiative and find solutions.
