Factorial HR is seeking a Partner Development Manager to expand and activate our partner network in the DACH region. You will shape the future of our partnerships, drive growth, and ensure partners thrive with Factorial.

In this role you’ll identify strategic partners, build long-term relationships based on trust, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to maximize partner success and monetization.

Formación

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Builder or entrepreneurial mindset with passion for partnerships.
• Ability to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
• Strong track record of building long-term, trust-based relationships.
• Goal-oriented with measurable impact within the first year.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and activate strategic partners across the DACH region.
• Assess the value of partnerships and create business cases with revenue potential.
• Build long-term relationships with partners based on trust and mutual success.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partner success.
• Capture partner insights to inform product development and GTM strategy.
• Lay the foundation for growth and monetization within the DACH partner ecosystem.
• Continuously optimize processes and programs to maximize partner success.
