Qlik is seeking a Agentic Customer Success Manager in Barcelona, Spain. You will focus on driving retention and product adoption across a large base of Qlik customers, using automation and data-driven insights to maximize impact at scale.

As a scaled role, you will balance a broad portfolio with analytical rigor, identifying at-risk accounts and deploying proactive interventions to ensure customers stay healthy and successfully adopt the product suite.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Experience in Customer Success or related role with SaaS products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades
