Job summary

Mytraffic, a premier location intelligence platform, seeks a senior Customer Success Manager for the Mid-Market segment focused on France. You will own onboarding, adoption, and value realization, working closely with product and sales teams to drive client outcomes and portfolio growth.

You will communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders, champion AI-enabled workflows, and travel occasionally for workshops or QBRs to strengthen client relationships and expand usage.

Qualifications

Bilingual in French and English; Spanish a plus.
Minimum 3 years in a CSM role, B2B SaaS or data/genAI contexts.
Strong customer-centric mindset with proven stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Deliver value early and consistently to clients, tied to business goals.
Expand value by reviewing client situations and identifying new needs.
Lead adoption of Gini, drive AI-enabled decision making for siting and expansion.
Onboard, activate and monitor accounts with a usage-centric approach.
Turn client goals into measurable workflows and new use cases in Gini.
Maintain portfolio health with monthly check-ins, training and best-practice sharing.
Identify risks early and act to mitigate churn.
