Factorial HR is seeking an Account Manager for the DACH market to support and scale our DACH team from Barcelona. You will engage with clients regularly, develop personalised sales strategies, and act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.

Native German and fluent English are required. You’ll build relationships, drive retention and growth, and collaborate across Product, Support, and Sales to deliver tailored solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Native German and fluent English.
• Customer-focused experience in support/satisfaction roles is valued.
• Ambitious, proactive with strong organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly engage with customers and address their needs.
• Develop personalized sales strategies for the DACH market.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support and feedback.
• Educate clients on new products and features.
• Demonstrate product updates via regular video meetings.
