Job summary

Weekendesk in Barcelona is offering a paid 6-month internship starting Oct–Nov 2026. You will be the trusted contact for clients after they book, handling reservations, upselling, and ensuring a positive experience by phone and email.

You'll be talking to real customers every day — by phone and email — and not just to solve doubts: you'll manage their reservations, do real upselling and cross-selling, and actually see the impact on customer satisfaction.

It's a paid 6-month internship, starting October - November 2026, so you have time to sort out your school's internship agreement — with close support from the team from day one.

What you'll be doing

You'll be our clients' trusted contact after they've booked: you solve their questions, resolve issues and turn every interaction into a real sales opportunity (upselling and cross-selling) without losing sight of the customer experience.

You'll collect their feedback and share it with sales and other teams so the experience actually improves — not just on paper.

You'll use our CRM so every interaction is properly tracked and nothing falls through the cracks.

You're a student or recent graduate in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

You speak fluent French (native or C1+) and good Spanish (C1) — you'll switch between both every day.

You like talking to people — you listen, you're patient, and you stay calm when things don't go as planned.

You're comfortable with basic computer tools (no need to be technical).

You genuinely want to learn about customer service and sales.

6-month internship, starting October/November 2026 (flexible to match your school's internship agreement).

5 days a week between Monday and Saturday, 10h to 19h, with Sunday + 1 rotating day off.

Hybrid: 3 days a week in our Barcelona office / 2 days remote.
