Job summary

La Fabrica &Co in Barcelona invites a Customer Experience Internship for a six-month program, with 30-40 hours per week. This internship offers real responsibilities from day one in a vibrant hospitality and community business.

You will learn guest experience, front desk operations, reservations, and community events while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Events. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred, enrollment in a hospitality program is required.

What You Will Learn

Your Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Intern, you will help create an outstanding experience for our residents, members, and visitors by:

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Friendly, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Interested in hospitality, tourism, business, communications, or related fields.
• Currently enrolled in a hospitality university or higher education program eligible for an internship agreement.
• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative.
