Job summary

The Happy Customers, a Berlin-based startup, is hiring Catalan, Valencian, Basque, and Galician speaking Customer Support Agents across Europe to support client projects.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with international companies, exposure to AI-enhanced support workflows, and opportunities for learning and career growth as you resolve inquiries via email, chat and phone while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe with valid work authorisation
• Native or professional proficiency in Catalan, Valencian, Basque, or Galician
• Good English communication skills
• 1–3 years of customer support experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating through phone, email and chat
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat and phone (inbound & outbound)
• Content annotations/moderation
• Resolving customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Escalating complex issues when required
• Maintaining accurate records in customer support systems
• Following client processes and quality standards
• Contributing to customer satisfaction and service improvement

The Happy Customers is a Berlin-based startup helping German and European businesses improve their customer experience through AI-enhanced multilingual customer support teams.

We partner with companies across Europe to provide professional customer support through email, chat, and phone in multiple European languages.

We are hiring Catalan, Valencian, Basque, Galician-speaking Customer Support Agents based in Europe to support our client projects.

Responsibilities

You will help customers through multiple communication channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat and phone (inbound & outbound)
• Content Annotations/Content Moderation
• Resolving customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Escalating complex issues where required
• Maintaining accurate records in customer support systems
• Following client processes and quality standards
• Contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement

Requirements

• Based in Europe with valid work authorisation
• Native or professional proficiency in one of these languages : Catalan, Valencian, Basque, or Galician
• Good English communication skills
• 1–3 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable communicating through phone, email and chat
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar) is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup with laptop/desktop
