Job summary

Assist Digital España is seeking Native Nordic & European Language Customer Support Representatives for our Valencia office. You will support customers across Europe via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality service in multiple languages.

The role offers full-time and part-time positions with hybrid, remote, or on-site options depending on the project. English/Spanish proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Native level in one of the listed languages.
• Good command of English and Spanish (B2+ level).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
