Job summary

Bcrecruitment in Barcelona is seeking a Team Leader for a Danish- and English-speaking customer-service operation supporting an electric-vehicle brand. You will lead and develop a team of customer and consumer service representatives to maintain high service standards and operational performance.

The role is full-time, on-site in Barcelona with a gross annual salary of €20,000, a bonus of up to €200, and a relocation payment of €500 to assist with moving costs.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Danish
• Fluent Chinese and English, spoken and written
• Experience leading customer-service teams
• Experience with customer-service processes and best practices
• Ability to analyse KPIs and performance data
• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Strong communication and feedback skills
