Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader (On-site) in Barcelona, Spain to lead, coach, and develop a customer support team. You will conduct performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and drive service excellence in an automotive context.

Fluency in English, plus Danish and Chinese, and more than 3 years of team management experience are expected. This permanent, full-time role offers a 39-hour workweek, central Barcelona location, and a salary of 22,200 euros gross per year with up to 2,000 euros in bonus.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of customer service team management experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English with Danish and Chinese language skills.
• Strong IT knowledge and customer care experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and create improvement plans.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and support.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Deliver performance reviews to team members.
• Identify training needs and organize sessions.
• Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, and feedback.
