Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Representative to join our onsite team. You will manage incoming calls, emails and chats and resolve customer requests promptly within SLA.

This is a full-time, onsite role at our central Barcelona office. Salary is €19,623.94 gross per year plus up to €1,200 gross per year in bonus, with full paid training and referral opportunities. English and Italian language requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in Italian and advanced English.
• Strong customer care and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (phone, email, chat) and resolve requests.
• Handle inquiries from boutiques and shops and provide resolution.
• Log details in call management systems and meet SLA targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applications and products relevant to customers.

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Take incoming calls from boutiques and shops and resolve demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

Your qualifications

• Are proficient or bilingual in Italian plus an advanced level of English
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolution

It would be a plus if you have:

• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
