Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking an Italian-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to join the onsite team. You will handle customer interactions via phone and email, log cases, and resolve issues while maintaining SLAs.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)

• Identify and elevate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution
