Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Italian speaking) in Barcelona. The role is full-time with hybrid work after probation, offering a €19,623.94 gross yearly salary plus potential bonus and comprehensive training.

You will handle incoming inquiries, log interactions in our systems, and ensure issues meet SLA. Proficiency in Italian and English, plus Windows/Office knowledge, is required to succeed.

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
