Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (Italian speaking) to handle inbound calls from boutiques, resolve customer requests, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. The role is onsite with full-time hours and training provided.

Ideal candidates have bilingual Italian and strong English, at least 1 year in fashion retail, and demonstrated sales skills; you will work to exceed SLAs and contribute to a customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual Italian and advanced English required.
• At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail or retail env.
• Knowledge of sales techniques (upsell/cross-sell, objections).
• Customer-driven with strong customer-care skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from boutiques and shops and resolve users' demands.

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer and from boutiques and shops calls and solve users' demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Italian, and advanced level of English
• Have minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail
• Have knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)
• Are Customer Driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads
• Can conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs
• Have exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills
• Have working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office
