Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Representative (Italian-speaking) to handle incoming customer interactions onsite. The role requires Italian and strong English, with responsibilities including logging calls, resolving customer demands, and maintaining knowledge of applications used by clients.

We offer full-time hours (39/week), a temporary contract, and a base salary of 19,623.94 EUR gross/year plus up to 1,200 EUR bonus per year.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Italian plus an advanced level of English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need.
• Own calls and progress them to resolution or escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (phone, email, chats) and resolve requests.
• Log call details in the management system and respond within SLA.
• Maintain product and application knowledge for customers.
• Assist boutiques and shops with demand resolution.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Take incoming calls from boutiques and shops and resolve demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
