STAAR Surgical is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Barcelona office. This role involves supporting customers throughout the process with professionalism, ensuring a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, alongside strong skills in MS Office. You will interact with various internal teams and play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and very good English (minimum B2 level).
• Open-minded, communicative, customer-oriented personality.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide timely and accurate information on deliveries and stock levels.
• Manage invoices, credit notes, and product returns efficiently.

Customer Service Representative (Spain)

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our entity in Spain, located in Barcelona, you will support our customers with professionalism throughout the entire process and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Provide timely and accurate information on deliveries, stock levels, and backorders
• Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to ensure smooth order processing
• Manage invoices, credit notes, and product returns efficiently and accurately
• Maintain data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal guidelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the onboarding of new team members

Your Profile

• Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role, preferably in an international environment
• Experienced with MS Office is a must, experience with Oracle is a plus
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
• Fluent in Spanish paired with very good English skills is a requirement; both spoken/written (English at least B2)
• Open-minded, communicative, and strongly customer-oriented personality, able to work efficiently under time pressure and changing demands
• Proactive, organized, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
