We are recruiting for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative in Barcelona or Valencia, joining a leading international technology and e-commerce company. The role blends customer service with a commercial, sales-focused approach to support customers along their buying journey.

You will upsell and cross-sell where relevant, maintain accurate records, and aim to meet sales targets while representing the brand professionally.

Formación

• Fluent/native-level Dutch language skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Commercial mindset with ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience in customer service, retail, telesales or inside sales is advantageous.

The role combines customer service with a commercial and sales-focused approach, supporting customers throughout their buying journey while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and maximise sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order-related enquiries

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where relevant

• Provide professional customer service across the required communication channels

• Support customers throughout the purchasing process

• Work towards individual and team sales and service targets

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems

• Deliver a positive and professional representation of the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent/native-level Dutch

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Commercial mindset and comfortable working towards sales targets

• Confident speaking with customers and recommending products

• Motivated, positive and results-focused

• Able to work from Barcelona or Valencia

• Previous customer service, retail, telesales or inside sales experience is advantageous.
