The lemon Consulting in Barcelona/Valencia is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to join the on-site team. You will support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order inquiries, understand needs, and recommend solutions while aiming to upsell where appropriate.

Based in Barcelona or Valencia, work hours are 09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday. The role offers a competitive remuneration package with a €20,000 gross base salary plus up to €2,000 bonus and OTE up to €22,000 gross/year.

Formación

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial mindset and able to meet sales targets.
• Confident speaking with customers about products.
• Motivated, positive and results-focused.
• Able to work from Barcelona or Valencia.
• Previous customer service/retail/telesales experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive and professional representation of the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commercial mindset and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Confident speaking with customers and recommending products
• Motivated, positive and results-focused
• Able to work from Barcelona or Valencia
• Previous customer service, retail, telesales or inside sales experience is advantageous.
