PDA Search & Selection is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for Castellbisbal, Spain. This office-based, full-time role supports customers, processes orders and coordinates with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have around 3 years of customer service experience, fluent Spanish and English, strong communication and organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Position: Customer Service Administrator, Full-time | Office Based

Salary: €24,000 + bonus

Our client is looking to recruit a customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Castellbisbal. This is a varied role supporting customers, processing orders and working closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately.
• Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Produce weekly reports for key customer accounts.
• Manage promotions to support product sales.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with sales and other departments to support customers.

About You:

• Ideally 3 years' customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Problem-solving ability with a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Accurate, well organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Monday-Thursday: 08:30-17:30.
• Friday: 09:00-17:00.
• One day per week working remotely following successful completion of probation.
• Holiday entitlement in accordance with the collective agreement.
• Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Castellbisbal and be able to drive, as public transport is not available.
