We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our commercial administration team and support our international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order management and follow-up.
• Coordination of deliveries between customers and international suppliers.
• Monitoring of payments and collections.
• Administrative support to the sales team.
• Data entry and maintenance within the company's management systems.
• Preparation and follow-up of commercial documentation.
• Coordination with customers, suppliers and external partners.
• Production follow-up and resolution of operational issues.
• Ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level, professional use required).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
