VMA SEARCH AND SELECTION LTD is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for an office-based role in Castellbisbal. The position supports customers, processes orders, and collaborates with sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of customer service experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong communication and organizational skills. You will work Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30 and Friday 09:00-17:00, with one remote day per week after

Formación

• 3 years customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Accurate, well organised and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately.
• Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Produce weekly reports for key customer accounts.
• Manage promotions to support product sales.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with sales and other departments to support customers.
