Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker Inc. in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a Business Care Partner to join our Customer Service team.

You’ll provide telephone and email support to distributors and sales, manage orders in SAP, and keep customers informed about availability, pricing, and order status. The role requires 2–3 years in a customer service or order management role, proficiency in English, SAP experience, and strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a customer service, business support, order management, or similar role with direct customer interaction.
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to assigned distributors and to the sales team.
• Manage customer orders in SAP, including entry, modifications, and cancellations.
• Share information with customers regarding product availability, pricing, features, and order status.
• Monitor orders from placement to delivery to ensure prompt supply and invoicing.
• Handle customer claims, order issues, and service incidents with internal coordination.
• Maintain customer master data and pricing information accurately in internal systems.
