Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Service Intern to join the Service team in Barcelona. The role involves handling order entry, processing warranty claims, and providing technical assistance via CRM.

The position is an internship for 6 months, with a hybrid work arrangement after an initial on-site month. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required, English is a plus, and a scholarship pathway with a university is offered.

Formación

• Secondary school degree required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work both remotely and on-site.
• Eligibility to complete role under a scholarship with University.

Responsabilidades

• Process order entry for parts orders and pricing with high accuracy.
• Review and process warranty claims submitted by service partners.
• Support customers via CRM platform (email and phone).
• Oversee order processing workflow for timely fulfilment.
• Generate service reports to track performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and CRM tools.
• Support new methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
