You will assist customers with mobile, internet and home services, delivering friendly, solution-focused support and identifying opportunities to recommend products that fit customer needs.

Formación

About the role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you’ll help customers with questions related to mobile services, internet and home products. You’ll provide friendly, solution-focused support while ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to recommend products or services that genuinely suit the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer support via phone;
• Assisting customers with mobile, internet and TV-related enquiries;
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues;
• Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Identifying relevant cross‑selling and upselling opportunities;
• Working closely with colleagues in an international environment.

What we’re looking for

• Native‑level Dutch (C2);
• Good English communication skills (minimum B1);
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Commercial mindset and confidence speaking with customers;
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems;
• Positive attitude and solution‑oriented approach;
• EU passport or the legal right to live and work in Spain.
