Basque Culinary Center in Donostia/San Sebastián is seeking a Workshop Operations Assistant to ensure the smooth technical and operational running of practical workshops and activities. You will support the teaching staff to guarantee the successful delivery of academic activities.

What you bring: at least 5 years in a kitchen, fluency in Spanish, a Higher Vocational Qualification in Culinary Management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Higher Vocational Qualification in Culinary Management.
• Proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented in an innovative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the efficient technical and operational functioning of practical workshops and activities.
• Support teaching staff with operational tasks including placing orders, managing inventories, and related activities.
• Provide technical support to teaching staff during culinary sessions and practical activities.
• Participate in course and departmental coordination meetings.
• Collaborate with teaching staff in daily guidance and support of students.
• Participate in the development and implementation of projects within the Culinary area.
